another announcement

To be clear, we are always accepting presents. It just so happens that graduation is coming up, so presents are extra-appropriate.

So without further adieu, I am dying for an ex libris stamp to put inside my books.

Are you wondering what ex libris stands for? Well, laypeople, ex libris means "from the books" in Latin. I know this because I wiki'd it after I googled "stamps that go inside your books" and saw that lots of the images had it printed on them.

So, I obviously want the stamp to say ex libris Holly Hereth, but people, it's not so easy. The design options are ENDLESS.

So, this one looks like a coat of arms or something, which I kind of like because I feel like coat of arms gives off a good distinguished, antique library feel. I also could be into subbing from the library of for ex libris because that makes it sound like I have a library. However, I think something more whimsical might be suiting. I know that there isn't anything more whimsical than a unicorn reading a book, but what about this?

Alice in Wonderland and The Cheshire Cat? Totally different feel. Not a huge fan of so much detail in the image (that could look sloppy in ink), but I like the idea. I also like the idea of red ink, like in this one,

And if my yoga practice continues at the rate it is going now, I might need this one.

Really, what I'm going for is whimsical- vintage-country-cottage, but I don't think it exists on Etsy.

Lemme just say I don't want this one.

Who wants a rhino stamped inside their Flannery O'Connor?

Also, lemme just say that for dinner I had chips and salsa, a piece of cheese and chocolate milk. I needed to tell someone.
