new favorite flower: yellow rhinoculous (take note, gentlemen). my love affair with them began at a small boutique in charleston last week. so when they cosmically reappeared in my life at trader joes on monday, i grabbed the prettiest yellow bunch i could find and brought them back to settle down in a baby mason jar next to my bed. the arrival of a golden spring sunset gave my new lovelies a chance to model on the back deck this evening. i'm sure they loved getting to breath in the sweet, warm air.
all this talk of the future these days really can get overwhelming, but, if the future ahead looks anything like my backyard this evening- its looking bright! good thing i just got new shades.
